Your order would be processed worldwide. The product you order can be different from the picture in the website. It's due to different placement of the Lamp when taking pictures. Orders can only be paid through Paypal or international money transfers. All prices are in € and include VAT (20% in France). The invoicing is not automatic as the online shop is intended for private costumers, so if you need an invoice please add your full company infos with vat number in Paypal note, or by email after purchasing within the same day. Ollumi reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. We apply FREE Shipping worldwide, however delivery time varies by weight and destination. Ollumi will only ship to addresses which match the billing address of the buyer. The buyer is solely reliable for the accurateness of the updated data provided, even recipient telephone number for delivery.
When ordering goods from Ollumi for overseas deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Ollumi cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. Ollumi does not guarantee any delivery times, however, can provide the following estimates:
• 3-14 business days depending on destination for shipping out of France
• 2-10 business days for shipping in France. If for any reason shipping is delayed more than the estimate delivery times, you will be notified via email, be sure that the Paypal email is a valid contact for any infos.
You can return any order you made within 14 days after you have received your order. Products must be returned unused and with original packaging. We refund the full value of the goods but not pay any return fees.
